Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order is handed to the carrier, it becomes their responsibility.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
We’re always happy to assist where we can, but we cannot replace or refund orders due to carrier issues.
