Exchanges Only (30 Days)
At Ivy Crescent Hide, each piece is crafted with care and meant to accompany you through everyday moments and meaningful journeys. We offer exchanges only within 30 days of receiving your item. We do not accept returns for refunds.
To qualify for an exchange, your item must be in the same new, unused condition in which it was shipped — unaltered, unworn, and free of any signs of use.

We do not provide prepaid labels, and items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
We take great pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us right away so we can review the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non‑Exchangeable Items
We are unable to accept exchanges for:

- Used or worn items
